Most owners end up managing a spreadsheet of trades: one company for siding, another for asphalt, a third that plows and never answers in March. We do the lot, under one agreement, with one supervisor who answers for all of it.
That is what the name means. Buildings tell you what they need before they fail, as long as somebody is scheduled to look. We inspect on a calendar, log what we find, and put the repair in the budget while it is still a repair.
